Transferring out of UMBC?

I'm a freshman in his second semester now at UMBC, and due to personal reasons I'm deciding to transfer to College Park. Who do I need to go see about this? I know there are various stuff I have to do like get all my official transcripts sent to CP and fill in the online transfer app, but who am I supposed to consult about transferring business?

If you go to the academic services office, they can probably help you. It's located across from the commons by the quad.
