Moving into a new place and need another roommate to keep costs down.
current occupants are 3 guys ages 21-24 (non-smokers)
rent is $300 a month plus water and comcast bill (avg total $375 per month)
comes with washer, dryer. communal tv, cable in each room, and wireless internet. Address is: 7 walden maple court baltimore MD. about 6 miles from campus (about 15 min drive time).
