UMBC's Alcohol Policy
No punishment for alcohol transports?

I feel as though many people are often afraid to call help for someone who needs medical attention due to alcohol because they fear the consequences. This policy has lead to the unnecessary death of many kids.
For this reason many colleges have adopted a policy that students who need an alcohol transportl receive no punishment. This way students would be more willing to call help for someone in need.
