Transgender friendly bathrooms?
The Baltimore County Council will have to decide it's view

Tom Quirk, a freshman democrat from Catonsville, plans to introduce a gender identity anti-discrimination bill to the Baltimore County Council later this month. The bill aims to reduce discrimination against transgendered individuals in the public sphere, and will be similar to a bill recently by the Montgomery County Council. The interesting bit? The bill's anti-discrimination will extend even to traditionally private areas: bathrooms. Under the proposed law, men would be allowed to enter women's restrooms as long as they were dressed as females. The following article summarizes Quirk's idea.
