One of my professors accidentally added the wrong grade to my transcripts. It shows up already, in my unofficial transcripts. But now she has requested a grade change form to give me the correct grade. How long does this process take?

Has anyone had to do a grade change on their transcripts before?

I am planning on sending my transcripts to a nursing school as soon as fall grades post and I was wondering when the correct grade would post.
