Why students have to pay for printing document at UMBC while asking to pay a technology fees during the enrollment process? It is considered as dishonest when taking students money twice for one service. I know that University officials are going to say that the purpose of making students pay for copies is that they want to control students' number of copies. It will not make any sense. If they want a control over the number of copies that students make, they can do it by limiting the number of copies that a student is allowed during a day, a week, or a month. However, before doing so, they have to take an account homework, articles, and power point slides that students are required to print for their study programs. It is non sense to pay twice for a service. Something is wrong at UMBC and need to be corrected. What do you think guys?
