I'm looking for 1-2 potential roommates who would be interested in living off-campus. The place is a townhouse with 3 bedrooms. Depending on how many people are available, rent would be between 450 and 500, not including utilities. Air conditioning, dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit all included, pets allowed (2 maximum), high speed internet access, fully equipped eat in kitchens, and private entrances.
