Hello everyone, my name is Anthony Santini. I am conducting research for a proposal that involves the replacement/repair of the equipment in the RAC weight room. I have heard many students are not satisfied with the current condition of the weight room and I am interested to hear from anyone who is concerned. Listed below are a few survey questions to help with my research. Please answer them and leave any comments.

1. Rate the current condition of the equipment in the RAC weight room on a scale from 1 to 10. (10 being the best, 1 being the worst)
2. Are you concerned about your health due to the current condition of the equipment? If so, what are some of these concerns?
3. Regarding the equipment, what would you like to see changed about the weight room?
