So I was coming from the ITE building about two hours ago back to my dorm. I passed the engineering building to what seemed like an event or gathering of some sort. What struck me odd was that there were about 4 cars ( 2 suburbans and cadillacs) that were black and had completely blacked out windows. Not to mention there were a couple of men in suits guarding each vehicle. Also there was a lone police UMBC police officer parked right in front of the engineering building as well. I was wondering if anyone has a clue what was going on. Just curious...
