It's a two bedroom apartment; plenty of space, dishwasher, laundry facilities in the building, safe neighborhood. You would be living with one other female roommate. It's on the UMBC shuttle line, 6 minute ride to campus if you drive and very close to shopping (within walking distance of Safeway, Chik Fila, Dollar Tree, etc). The rent is pretty reasonable for what you're getting and there is some flexibility with when you want to move in. Internet and cable are already ready and water is included in the rent. BGE is separate but is usually pretty low. 

I'm really looking for some responsible, can't stress that enough!
