Honestly, I think its funny how no one sees the irony of what they're doing. Erik Walker posts things that are sometimes his opinion, sometimes not. Everyone seems to like to identify him as the "troll", but if you look at the situation, honestly everyone else is trolling on Erik. Erik says a lot of things that need to be said. people will be offended by it because no one in America likes to speak the truth, or talk about important topics. I have read many of the threads on myUMBC that included Erik, and you people need to chill. You have decided to treat his posts as threatening, and therefore they ARE threatening to you. or bullying. or whatever the person of the moment decides to call it. Erik's "unbending will" as I saw it said earlier, is probably due to the fact that it must be amazing to him to see such ignorance of right, opinion, and just plain courtesy.

Erik Walker cannot be unoffensive because all of you have decided he IS offensive based on your own biases. But think about this; we live in America. Would you want no one to be able to express their negative opinions? Yes, imagine a world where no one in America has free speech. There is no way that blocking Erik Walker does anything except stifle free speech. How would you like it if every time you defended your views an entire university said you were wrong without even thinking about what you said? Think about your actions, people. Think. this is UMBC. We're supposed to be open-minded. not idea-nazis.
