Survey: Pets in Dorm Rooms

Hello!
I am doing a project for my Technical Writing class and have to come up with a proposal that my partner and I could present to the school. The idea we came up with was to consider allowing caged pets in the dorm rooms. A part of the research is to conduct a survey, so I was hoping I could get some opinions here.
