Whole class is failing - will prof curve our final grades?

So far in one of my 100-level classes, our entire class has done poorly. I mean...bad. The average grade on the last quiz we took was a 32% and on the quiz before that, it was only a 50%. The professor hasn't brought up our low grades at all while in class, and I'm not sure that he/she is even remotely concerned.
Why are our grades so low? Well, they are not the most engaging teacher and frankly, our textbook sucks...then we are graded on topics we haven't discussed.
Has this ever happened to any other students? Is it likely that she will curve our grades?

If the prof has any stake in their job they most likely will curve in the end. It looks pretty bad when a prof fails an entire class.
What class is this? Sometimes it is actually the students' fault, however widespread bad grades are usually the fault of the prof.
