We need better shuttle services!
Shuttle bus schedules are ludicrous.

There's a problem I have with the UMBC shuttle bus service.
I get dropped off at UMBC to get to class in the morning, and when I leave, I take the shuttle to the BWI MARC station.
Today, however, I needed to take the MARC to class, because I didn't have a ride here. I was unpleasantly surprised by the lack of shuttle services to UMBC in the morning from the station, and I ended up having to pay an extra $20 to take a taxi.
The only shuttle bus from the MARC station to the campus arrives at the absolutely ridiculous time of 7:18 AM. In order to meet this absolutely insane schedule, I would have to get up at 4:00 AM, before the sun even rises!
Something must be done about this mismanagement of transportation. We need to have shuttle buses consistently taking students to the campus. UMBC students are not farmers, and we shouldn't have to become nocturnal just to get to class. We need shuttle buses from the MARC station on the hour, every hour, until 11 AM.I see no other way for students commuting from the Washington area getting to class on time.
