An interesting project is being held in Arlington Va on Nov 11. Its about developing a social media application to help those without access to social media.

Program much? Interested in social issues? We want YOU to help us develop a tool/system/interface to pop the “filter bubble” and help bring new types of information to underserved individuals who are online. We’re organizing a design challenge workshop as part of Digital Capital Week, a week-long festival in DC focused on bringing together designers, developers, entrepreneurs, and social innovators of all kinds. Here are the details:
