Bike lanes anyone?

As a bicyclist and a skateboarder I would feel better if some sort of lanes were implemented along the campus walkways. Weaving in and out of traffic can get nerve-racking and even dangerous, and not to mention inefficient. And with a constantly growing student population, bike lanes are needed now more than ever.
The lanes could extend from the administration building all the way down to the library, and they can also be along the front of the ITE, Engineering, and Fine Arts buildings. Those that ride bikes, longboards, etc. could get to classes more efficiently without having to worry about the headache of avoiding big crowds. Of course all riders would have to stop and yield at any intersection on campus, but other than that what do you all think? Anyone agree with me? Leave an answer and any comments you might have!
