UMBC's logo on bank cards
Retriever logo on a bank card

I received my UMBC student refund card. It's so cute, so I was wondering why Capital One or whatever bank that UMBC uses, doesn't offer credit/debit cards with the retriever logo on it. The larger schools such as UMD, Penn State, etc offer cards with the school's logo. I love the retriever logo and would love to have it on a bank card. Thoughts?
