So, I was wondering if we needed permission to post flyers around campus. I volunteer at BARCS and there is a big event coming up called BARCStoberfest and they are trying to get the word out. I was wondering if it would be acceptable to hang up some flyers around campus? Who would I get in contact with to find out?

Now, this one I'm a little more doubtful, but they asked if I got the OK on the flyers if I could try to sell some raffle tickets to benefit the shelter. Again, who would I contact to find out?
