So, there is this kid named Chris bowie and he says he can beat anyone at school in a mile race.  some background about him so you know what you are getting yourself into.  he is a washed up umbc track and cross country athlete that has not ran a step since he finished track last year.  if you think you can beat him lets here it and we can set something up.  his college PR in the mile is 4:56!
