Can we use TEFL high technology in poor countries?
Schools in poor countries can't fully use recent technology
posted about 13 years ago
Most recent TEFL technology learned from developed countries shows a lot of convincing advantages that teachers around the world are happy to learn. After needs analysis from their learners, some teachers rush to their schools in order to implement what they have learned overseas. But this seems to be a challenge to them since there are places in some countries like mine -- the Democratic Republic of Congo -- where learners have never seen a computer or where the school can't afford to buy one because it is more 'expensive' than a teacher.
