So, Salsaritas has new hours which is cool---especially on the weekends when nothing is open---EXCEPT for the fact that Salsaritas isn't that great of quality (not to mention those meat and vegetables have been sitting out for god knows how long) and it makes you feel all greasy inside.

I was thinking, there are a lot of things I'd much rather eat at 12:00am on a Saturday (slash Sunday). And while Salsaritas could be replaced by a lot of things, I think Chipotle would be the best without changing things too much. Also, I would like to eat a much better quality midnight burrito.
