i have been at UMBC for only three semester. For the most part i would say my experience has been satisfactory. The lowest part of my experience, though, i would have to say are the T.A.'s. i haven't had a ton of them but they ones i have had have been awful. They cant teach even in small groups and i have had some that flat out taught the wrong thing. My t.a. this year was so horrific they replaced her after one class not that her replacement was leaps and bounds better. Has anyone come across t.a.'s that they really felt helped them?
