If a professor is late/absent, how long do you wait?

In one of my classes, the professor is never on time, but she always makes it before 15 minutes after class has "started."
I've had other classes in the past where the professor (or a sub in one case) didn't show. Someone once told me the policy is wait 15 minutes, then you can leave, so I have a question for you.
How long do you wait before leaving in the case that the professor is late or absent?
*this assumes there was no email ahead of time saying class was cancelled*
