So i was planning on dropping a course today but then i read that if i did drop a course then i would be will be charged 20% of tuition and refundable fees. Also i am not planning on swapping classes. Currently i am taking 16 credits, if i dropped the class it would 13 and still be considered a full time student. I don't if i am getting the wrong idea or something but can someone help me out. Tried calling the Student Business Service but no one seems to be picking up.

Any help will be much appreciated.
