Looking for 1-2 roommates for off campus housing Spring 2012
It's a bit early but it doesn't hurt to start planning

As of May 1st, 2012 I intend to either get an apartment or rental house off campus and am looking for 1-2 roommates. Rent would be between 300-550 and the apartment/house chosen would depend on what people can handle.
Looking for someone who is responsible and can handle monthly bills,(rent, utilities, etc) and who will clean up after themselves and do their part to keep the place nice. I will have a cat so allergies shouldn't be a concern.
Also, looking for people who are fun and social but not "party animals" since I'll still be in classes and appreciate relaxation at night.
