I have friends at other schools that have similar fines/rules to us, and their penalties are much less severe. To get caught with P2P is $175, and I have a friend who has accumulated a total of 4 parking violations (tickets), which sums to $160. Neither of us have jobs, were both learning full time in college, and we don't have this kind of money. UMBC, fix this please, its a stressful matter for everyone.
