Computer Enginnering Gateway GPA
Is it set in stone?

its just a quick question guys. computer engineering at UMBC requires that you attain a 3.0 cumulative GPA in the gateway classes, there are five of them.
My question is whether the required GPA (3.0) is set in stone. would one get into the program with a 2.8 or even a 2.9?
