To My Fellow UMBC Creatures:

I'm Matthew Roe, an award-winning independent Director/Writer/Producer who currently lives amongst everyone here on campus. I am in the process of creating my next film and since I am in the midst of such a creatively-charged atmosphere, I feel as if we all should take advantage of our time here.

The next film I am trying to put together (while I wrap up production on my latest film for release) is tentatively titled "Nightscapes". The primary focus of the film is a satire on film-noir while still representing an original storyline in similar style. This film is void of a catharsis at the ending, to give the story of a more realistic nature, saying to the audience that all of the answers are never really given. The main cast consists of their gangsters and their associates, including many smaller supporting roles.
