Hi all! I have an empty room that needs to be filled in my townhouse in Westland Gardens, a 15 minute walk to campus (the bus also comes by). I live here with my boyfriend. This is a large apartment townhome, already furnished except for the bedroom. All you would need to bring is yourself and your bedroom stuff and whatever food you like. We have a ferret too so you must like pets.

We are looking for a female, clean but not OCD, likes to hang out and party on weekends, but is mostly quiet during the week. We want someone who is open minded and has good communication skills as we want to keep everyone happy.

You will be filling in for our roommate who left and your name will be put on the lease. You must be able to prove you have a steady income. Rent is 360 a month plus gas and electric and internet. We don't have cable TV. Please email me as soon as possible if you are interested!
