Dozens of plastic bottles and cups from the commons are now spewed across that side of the field and I can't help but think that this thing is simply encouraging littering. It's been there for a few weeks now and shows no sign of shrinking. Nothing looks worse to a pack of visiting High School seniors and parents than a heaping pile of trash right next to the sidewalk. Perhaps it's time to take this trash monster to be with Oscar the grouch in the big metal can in the sky?
