Searching for a roommate, I already have a place that is five minutes away from campus driving, my lease is up at the end of August. We can either decide to renew the lease if you like the apartment/area or we can search for a new apartment and start fresh. The only thing I asked is for bills to be paid on time and shared spaces to be kept clean. I am cool with drinks, 420, and having friends over as long as we respect each other and let the other know whats going on.
