2 bedrooms and basement(w/ a half bath) is available for the upcoming fall. Townhouse is in residential neighborhood right off Wilkens Ave. Short walk to the Arbutus bus line.
As of right now there will be two occupants (grad students). Looking for clean and reliable students.
Rent is:
Bigger Room: 360$, Smaller Room/Basement 340$
Cable, Internet, Electric, Gas: 240$ (divided by occupants)
