Insight meditation
Quite mind

A wonderful new publication, A Fearless Heart, by one Thupten Jinpa, PhD. has reminded us that a few moments of quiet contemplation can work wonders in surprising areas. Whenever I manage to step back and take the proverbial deep breath, my mental desk seems to clear away lots of extraneous clutter, making way for more the more important things.
Practicing meditation, even for just a few minutes a day can get you surprising results by way of study focus, life priorities - all kinds of stuff. Highly recommended.
