I am moving out for the summer and am looking to rent out my room for the summer. The house is 1.5 miles away from UMBC. The room is on the top floor is pretty big with a closet. Washer/dryer is included as well.There are 3 other guys in the house but they are clean and tidy. The house is a townhouse. Rent is $470 plus utilities in total around $550 a month.
