MASTER bedroom available over the summer

I am looking for someone to sublease my room for this summer. My current master bedroom is in a great 2 bedroom apartment in Catonsville in a safe, quiet and convenient area. The UMBC bus stop is right across the street, 5 minutes to UMBC if you drive (parking is available) and the MTA bus to Downtown Baltimore stops on the corner of the street. The room is bright and spacious (big enough for two), it does have a half bathroom with two full closets. The room comes with a full-sized bed, a drawer, a table, a chair and a lamp. You need to just bring the personal stuff.
It is going to be available as early as June 1st to August 20th. The current roommate is a UMBC student. The apartment has utilities including internet, heating and cooling system and a full kitchen(almost anything you may need). The laundry is shared in the building.
Rent will be $525 without utilities, and $575 can cover everything (BGE is really low).
I am looking for a clean and well-mannered female.
