[female] Housing for Summer 1

One bedroom apartment in Mount Ridge is available from May 25th to July 26th (9 weeks). Our lease ends at the end of July, and we plan to move out after that, so it will only be available for Summer 1. But if you are interested to get a new lease, please contact the leasing office in the neighborhood asap. They usually rent out very fast.
The rent will be $120 per week per person including utilities. But maximum 2 persons. If it's only one person, we will cover the rest of rent for you. The place was just renovated last year. Please keep the place clean and no pets allowed so far. (However, you could have pets if u plan to stay and get a new lease.)
On Arbutus line in a quiet neighborhood
The apartment has a kitchen, a living room, a big bedroom and a bathroom. Plenty of storage space.
We will move our furniture out before you move in, so please bring simple furniture if you need.
If you encounter any issues, you can email the leasing office directly. they will have staff come over to fix your problems very quickly.
The laundry room is in the building right next to ours.
