Fall Housing

Right by campus on Palladi Ave. Rooms are 340$/360$ (which is a really good price) plus utilities (which run around 40 or less for BGE and 30 for TV/Internet). Not avail till mid Aug....Fall starts on that date. One room is in the basement w/ own half bathroom, the other is on the top floor
House: total of 4 rooms. The rooms in particular are not furnished.
5 min walk to the Arbutus line bus stop. We are all chill people, please be clean and respectable.
3 guys currently live here: 1 undergrad, 2 grad. We are all busy students. Ungrad is graduating. So we need new ppl....
*Deposit is one month rent
*No pets are allowed.
*Place avail to move-in starting August
