Phone found that I have safely in my possession

I found a phone yesterday in the new Performing Arts building (the downstairs bathroom near the black box theater entrance. Its a blue Iphone 5c with a black Otter box on it. I have it charged and so hopefully you are doing iCloud tracking on it. If you think this is yours please get in contact with me.
The phone is locked, so uneducated people please don't try and say its yours. I will know, and then I will probably laugh at you.
