Roommate(s) wanted as early as July for 2015 school year

I am a 20 y/o male that will be looking for one or two male roommates starting as early as July. I will be a junior this fall and am a financial economics and psychology major. I currently lease a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse in the Westland Gardens community a short distance from campus. It's a 5 minute drive and 15 minute walk to the center of campus. There is a grocery store and local eateries within a 5 minute walk.
I have a friendly cat, so must be okay with animals. I am okay with drinking/smoking, and would like for my new roommate(s) to be fine with this as well(no smoking inside).
The rent for the townhouse is $1,067 and will be split evenly between all roommates. There will also be internet($40 split evenly), gas/electric(split evenly) and water is paid by management. Parking is included. I am also okay with sharing a room if we end up with 3 people.
