Summer Housing

My roommate and I are both moving out in May but our lease ends at the end of August. We are looking for two people to sublease our rooms.
Rent is $915/month, so each room will go for $457.50. Electricity is about $35-$40/ each, internet is $30/each, and insurance is $15.
We live in Oaklee Village which is about 5 minutes from campus. If you don't have a car, the Arbutus shuttle stop is right down the road.
