[Females only] Furnished apartment 240/month

Female renter wanted from approximately May 20 to August 20. Rent is cheap because you will be sharing a living room with me (you sleep on a bed and I sleep in a sleeping bag). Utilities (electricity, gas, internet) are included. Laundry is nearby. The apartment is a ten minute walk from campus.
