After some discussion with a few people as well as Mr. Ricardo's comments I've decided to remove any conjecture regarding this post. What's left are resources and links so that people can be aware of the blatant illegal activities by at least one tabloid journal publication. 

For what it's worth I think Mr. Ricardo is correct in his sentiments. People can make their own decisions based off the links here but it is not my place to involve a third party based off of association but rather action. I won't be removing the links because as I've said people should be aware of the actions of the paper. I leave it to them to do what they will with the information.
