Since we are in Baltimore, is the curfew in effect at UMBC?

I'd really appreciate it if a campus police officer could answer this. Due to civil unrest, Baltimore is having a week-long curfew in effect from 10PM-5AM starting tonight.
Now I thought UMBC was in Catonsville, but when I googled the address, UMBC's address is "1000 Hilltop Cir, Baltimore, MD 21250." Does that mean since we are officially in Baltimore, that a campus-wide curfew will be in effect?
