I am looking for a female to sub-let my room(bedroom) in a 1-bedroom Apt in Westland Gardens. It is on the Arbutus shuttle line, 10 min from UMBC Campus and is very close to Gaint and literally beside Rite-Aid & opposite Mars. The Apt will be shared with a female living in the living room. The kitchen and bath are shared. The rent is $395+$50 (max) for all utilities.
