We have a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house in Elkridge and are looking to rent out our extra bedroom. The house is under going minor restorations(paint, new dryer, etc.) It also has a fenced in yard. We are two female students at UMBC and we have a friendly American pit bull terrier who goes to a weekly socialization and training class.
