I'm still looking for a place to stay and/or a roommate this fall. I would prefer to room with a woman who is no younger than 23 years old. I will be a first year graduate student, and would prefer to not live with undergraduate students (different schedules, priorities, maturity levels, etc.). Also, I prefer a non-smoker, no pets, and a private bathroom.

I'm looking to move in by the 2nd week of July.
