It's two stories and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open floor plan, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, original hardwood floors, brick accent wall, washer/dryer. If all 4 room are occupied, rent is $375 a month plus utilities. 

There are two units to the house and the one available is the one on top. A woman occupies the bottom unit and is always quiet. One roommate comes with the place so he needs 3 more to fill all the rooms. He works for the U.S. Army so he's hardly ever home. No restrictions on the type of roommate but no pets allowed.
