Off Campus Housing for summer ( Room Available) $375 Rent

Hello,

I'm renting out a furnished room being available from May 20th in a townhouse very close to UMBC. You are sharing the house with other college students. But they might not be here as they might go to their parents or internships, so you might have the house to yourself!

You will have everything you need: a bed, a desk, a chair, a dresser. Air Conditioner is also in the room!
Washer and dryer is included. Microwave / Fridge / Toaster and other kitchen supplies are also provided.
About 2-3 minutes drive to campus and it's on the UMBC Arbutus shuttle line.
In walking distance Giant / Mars / Rite Aid / Shell.
Rent is $375(including internet, water, and gas/electric).
