RLC Microwave is where?

So, on Sunday, I came in to study in the RLC (Library). It so happens that when I obtained a frozen meat loaf meal from the vending machine, I found that there wasn't a microwave in the RLC to conveniently warm it up. So I had to go all the way to the Commons to heat it.
If the microwave is back in the RLC, let me know. But this was just plain silly. Thankfully my meat loaf didn't go cold during that day.
