Tipping System at Starbucks

Twenty cups all lined up, and a longer line waiting to order. Students failing to recognize their names being called for the third time only creates more chaos of that little space available to stand as people wait.
Some show their gratitude, even thanking the workers personally. Myself, understanding how hard it can be to work as a barista, wanted to give some extra money.
So, where is the tip jar for the Starbucks employees? Does it even exist?
Can they please get one? Because every other fast-food/coffee chain has one, and should, especially when they work as hard as they do.
